c:\System volume information is a where your restore points are stored and by default Windows and programs can not access it. Delete all restore points by going into the Control Panel and double click on the System icon. If you are in the control panel and do not see the System icon, click on the link that says "Switch to classic view" in the upper left hand side of the window. Now you should be able to see the System icon. After you double click on it go to the System Restore tab. Check the box that says turn off system restore the click ok. Once the restore points are deleted you can uncheck the box and create a new restore point. Run your scans again and it will not flag anymore _________________ Your Online Computer Shop
